The existing information was too clustered and the content was not properly categorized for presentation.

The menu made site navigation a bit complex, the buttons like CTA were not ideally named for its purpose.

No uniformity in content which effected the branding part of the company and quality of content needed improvements.
Research
Similar company research: Even though information was available to carry out the website redesign process and since I was also in charge of SEO aspects for the content, I had to perform a small scale research of other companies and market leaders who are in the same business sector and is offering IoT related products and services.
Branding & Design
SenzMate's theme blue color has been used in order to bring out the sense of branding within the website. Additionally, the tone and the presentation has been put out in a "we" way because the company operates as one big family and therefore, a similar effect was needed in the designing of content.
Low fidelity design
Low fidelity design was done by a team member which was the blue print for designing the High fidelity design.
Impact:
The company website has had drastic improvements in terms of design, content and usabiliy. With the integration of proper SEO, the page now has more and more traffic.

What I learned:
The company had a large number of information to be presented in the website due to the company is expanding at faster rate in terms of products, services and employees. Therefore, the management of content accordinly was a somewhat challenging task.
